Chocolate Mint Milkshake Recipe

Food photography really is a pain, especially when you don’t have DSLR. I take my photos with an iPhone 4S, I can’t even afford a point and shoot right now shakefist But a good camera is definitely on my wishlist, need to start saving! Atleast I think and I might be wrong that I am getting somewhat better in setting up “scenes” for my images. The only way I can improve it is by taking more photos and as long as I don’t give up, I am going to smile
Summer is at it’s peak and the weather is usually in 40’s C throughout the day, so who wants to spend time working in a hot kitchen? Definitely not me. Something I really want these days are shakes and drinks. They are very refreshing and for me, things like iced coffee energize me and make me feel better. A little something about this recipe is that it has the added flavor of mint which kind of, gives it a kick it needed. heart

With drinks, you don’t really have to care about measurements much, go ahead and be creative!

Chocolate Mint Milkshake-

Adapted from here.
Ingredients-
1/4 cup milk or as required
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1 drop peppermint extract
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Instructions-
1. Add the ice-cream, chocolate syrup, milk and extract in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves or chocolate chips. Enjoy!

Notes-

  • I didn’t have peppermint extract so I substituted about half a tablespoon chopped mint leaves instead. It worked clap

    1. As far as I remember, it was good but not the best. You can use any flavour of ice cream but make sure it's of a good quality :)

  4. I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own weblog and was wondering what all is needed to get set up? I'm
assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty
penny? I'm not very web savvy so I'm not 100% certain. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    1. Sorry but could you be a more specific? And I would much rather not discuss this here. You can email me and see whether I can be of any use.
